Building on my success in both internal and external communications, I was entrusted with creating our comprehensive Year in Review, designed to highlight and celebrate the organization’s key achievements. This project showcased efforts across all departments and served as a compelling narrative for both internal and external stakeholders, strengthening engagement and transparency.

Impressed by the clear narrative and impactful storytelling of the Year in Review, leadership entrusted me with the responsibility of developing a comprehensive three-year strategic plan for IBHS. This opportunity highlighted their confidence in my ability to drive strategic initiatives and shape the organization’s future direction.

The process began with cross-collaboration with leaders across the team to provide the foundation for the strategy. This process took nearly one-year and required multiple interviews with department heads and stakeholders to develop the core tenets of the plan.

In Q3 of 2023, I took charge of the development and publication of Strategy 2026, guiding a cross-functional team through research, strategic alignment, and drafting processes. My leadership ensured that the strategy was comprehensive, aligned with organizational goals, and communicated effectively, setting a clear path for the next phase of growth.
